• Occupancy of the apartment beyond its capacity is prohibited.

• Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

• Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

• Parties or events that disturb the tranquility of the neighbours are prohibited.

• Guests are informed that the accommodation is equipped with noise and occupancy sensors.

• A deposit of €300 (payable on check in) may be requested to cover possible damages to the accommodation or as compensation for breach of contract. This deposit will be returned as soon as it is verified that there has been no damage or breach of contract and always before 15 days from the date of check out.
